The Secret of Japanese Beauty


     
         I really respect the Japanese women who prolong their beauty into middle age and who persistently keep off the pounds. Additionally, the Japanese are the first ones to diet if they think they are even one kilogram overweight. According to study addressed by the University of Florida College of Medicine, the average Japanese person consumes about 25% fewer calories per day that the average American, which could partly explain their lengthy lifespan. Eating just 8% fewer calories per day, while moderately increasing the daily activity level, may be enough to promote longer life !!
